Yoga
Yin Yoga opens the deep connective tissue of the hips,
pelvis and lower spine. . This practice complements the
more Yang styles of Yoga and is a wonderful way to balance our
system. All levels welcome.

2 classes~
Ashtanga
Purify your body and mind with Sun Salutations, linking
breath and movement. Standing, seated and finishing postures including
inversions. Assessible to all familiar with Basic Yoga + Sun Salutations.
Ashtanga
Fusion
Traditional Ashtanga yoga infused with inspirational
music and chanting. Explore variations of traditional primary
series postures and sequences to cultivate fluid strength and a
calm mind. A hot, healthy practice available to all yogis familiar
with vinyasa practices.
Beginning
Jivamukti
Flowing
class focus on uniting intention, breath and movement in
your practice. Set to inspirational music with chanting and meditation.
All levels welcome, familiarity with asana practice highly recommended.
Jivamukti Yoga
A hot and challenging form of vinyasa asana practice (flowing
postures), taught by certified Jivamukti teacher, Abby Hoot.
Infused with an inspiring musical soundtrack, original
scriptures are cited, Sanskrit is chanted and meditation is
part of every class. *Familiarity with sun salutations or Ashtanga.
Follow
the Yogini: Jivamukti
A practice for those familiar with Jivamukti = House Vinyasa,
students practice along with the teacher to soundtrack and flow
of the focus of the month. Working towards a silent
practice towards each month's end. *By teacher invitation or
recommendation, please ask your teacher about this class.
Open
studio
Self guided, silent practice of asana/meditation.
Practice to the sound of your breath in spiritual silence.
Teacher is available before and after practice to answer questions. Free
for pass holders or $10 walk-in.
