Welcome to House Of Yoga.

YS. 1.1 - Atha Yoga Nushasanam - Now this is YOGA!

We are delighted and honored to share the traditional practices of yoga with you.

If you are new to House Of Yoga, or new to Yoga in general, please visit our 'new to HOY' section for info on how to get started with your practice, and for special incentives for new students.

You will find our 'studio etiquette' section has many answers to common questions, like what to wear to class.
You can find driving directions and a map in our 'contact' section.

At House Of Yoga we offer a variety of classes designed to be accessbile to everybody. The studio is warm and inviting, with high ceilings and large windows offering an open and airy space to practice.

Our teachers love yoga and love people.
We get to know each student so that we can best serve students on an individual basis.

You won't find classes of 50 -100 students here.
But you will find sweet souls, open hearts, and the true spirit and practice of yoga.

In-joy,
Abby and Dave
partners, House Of Yoga
