If you are new to Yoga we recommend beginning with one of our Hatha Yoga classes.
Classes start on time and door locks. Please arrive 10 minutes before class.

KIRTAN: last Friday of each month
8 - 9:30 pm
Join us in singing the names of the divine.
Call and response (Kirtan) is a Bhakti tradition.
No experience necessary.
Kirtan hosts: Vishnu Blue, Durga Devi, Shiva Das,
Tom Price and Abbey Taylor.
Level 1 classes
Our Hatha Yoga classes provide a foundation for your yoga practice. Explore breath, movement, energy and alignment that together bring balance to the Physical body through strength and flexibility and the Energetic body through enhancement of prana, life force, through the energy channels and chakras.
Great for beginners as well as continuing students.
Hatha Yoga: Dosha
A Hatha class infused with the wisdom of Ayurveda
to bring balance and harmony to body and mind. Class changes with the seasons, allowing students to explore various approaches to asanas, pranayamas and meditation to harmonize with nature.
(Hatha + Restorative Poses) All levels
Gentle movement to prepare the body to receive healing sound vibrations with various instruments and mantra.
Asana and Mantra + Meditation. All levels.
Yin + Restorative Yoga
Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga opens deep connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and spine. This practice melts away stress and tension from the body and mind. A soft introspective practice. All levels.

A gentle Hatha / Restorative blend class with live music
by Shiva Das and Durga Devi and guest musicians.
HOY teachers rotate so you get a new experience each week. A great class to wind down the work week and prepare for a relaxing evening and restful night's sleep.
Yoga for Everybody
A very individualized approach to yoga. Props are highly utilized to assist you in experiencing the benefits of each asana in a way that is right for YOUR body. All with special needs welcome.
* All of the LEVEL 1 classes are accessible for Pre-natal practice with the approval from your doctor.
Modifications will be shared.
Please inform your teacher if you are pregnant, so we can offer the best practice for you and your baby.

Level 2 classes
Short Form Primary series. Sun Salutations, standing, seated and finishing poses with inversions, to cultivate focus, sensitivity, strength and flexibility.
A physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous vinyasa-based yoga with adherence to five central tenets: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsā (non-harming), nāda (music), and dhyana (meditation).
Intelligent sequencing to challenge your mind and body and inspire your heart. This class is designed for the continuing student who has a burning desire to know what is real, what is true.
